Senate Dems miss opportunity to damage national security
This is about national security, and we’re fortunate that the measure passed, but on a purely political level: the Democrats lost their battle to take shots at the President regardless of our nation’s security needs.
The President’s terrorist surveillance bill got the 60 Senate votes needed to pass, while the Democrat bill was shot down in flames.
Thank God that not all Senators want to play the Schumer-Durbin-Pelosi game with our security.
