New York Times: Prison Tames Hitler
Adolf Hitler was sent to prison after the 1924 Beer Hall Putsch, and the New York Times reported that prison had tamed him and that he would be leaving public life: HITLER TAMED BY PRISON.; Released on Parole, He Is Expected to Return to Austria. All we get is the headline, but RedState’s Jeff Emanuel shares this:
In fact, according to the article, it was expected that he would abandon public life and return to his native land of Austria to live quietly and, likely, never be heard from again in any meaningful way.
It didn’t happen that way. The NYT was wrong. Are they now wrong about the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists who are “reformed by prison” and should be allowed to return home quietly? Have the terrorist governments become tame enough for diplomacy?
Don’t ask the NYT. They are still clueless.

Could you explain why fox news didn’t release or tell the whole truth about the extent of the Jesse Jackson stuff?
What are they afraid Jackson won’t appear on their show anymore? Hiding the whole story, selecting the parts that we were allowed to hear. Does that sound fair and balanced? Hiding the truth? That’s not what it’s supposed to be about. We are supposed to get the information as they do, As soon as they prove it to be true. His explanation was the stupidest thing I ever heard and spin, spin, spin.
And Oreilly’s mad at the guy who released and told the truth. Otherwise we would only have gotten part of the truth, which is still a lie. He’s just afraid of being called a racist. The new republican party pisses me off daily.
