10 Days Money-Back Guarantee
In that rare case when you are not satisfied with our products quality because of its incorrect operating, you can send it back to us in a 10 day time period and receive a full refund. In case you decide to refuse the order because of your incorrect choice or some other reasons of not liking it, you can still send it back to us in a 10 day period, but we will charge you a 15% restocking fee.
Please, mind that shipping fees are not refunded.
One Month Exchange Guarantee
If the item doesnt work properly, you can send it to us for an exchange in 1 month time period. All the shipping expenses are covered by the client.
One Year Manufacture Warranty
Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
A warranty is not applied if:
- The sold items were improperly used, inadequately installed or handled
- Any unauthorized third party has introduced any changes or repair efforts on the customers request
- An accidental or willful damage occurred
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We disclaim any other warrantees and guarantees except the ones stated above. No liability is imposed on us in case we were not able to fulfill our obligations because of force majeure, i.e. the circumstances of insuperable force that we are not able to control, eg. floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.
We are not liable to you for personal injury, property damage, information loss, business conduct interruption, or other accidental or intentional damages.
